very good, most of the very good standard criteria are met. i would advise to improve the elevator speed: it is more like the enhanced safety elevators you find in an LTC (long term care), very slow motion and once it reached the destination you have a 5 seconds deceleration followed by another 5 seconds delay to open doors ...some might say 10 seconds is not a big deal. well..when you multiply... more

We were visiting our Grandchildren so were with them most of the time. Did not spent much time in the hotel but the time we did we found everything more than satisfactory. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was there on August 31st with my two children and family friends. The restaurant manager/head waiter was rude and charge me in correctly. I took the continental breakfast and ordered two full breakfasts for my two children ages 7y and 11y. My son had some left overs so I cleaned the plate by eating the left over food not wasting.
