Disappointed in service

Had someone recommend this company but am not pleased with the service. Had a tree stump to remove but the guy who was to remove it didn't remove it all the way and only sawed the top off. Asked that it be fully removed and he insisted it was fine the way it was. Finally got him back out to look at it and he then said to get another company and drove off in a huff.. Very unprofessional and will not be using them or recommending them to anyone else.
