I saw Nadine at Form a few times for my sore shoulder. Thanks to her manual therapy, prescribed exercises and stretching, I am so much better now! Great one on one attention and the clinic is in a beautiful setting!

Nothing but excellent comments for this quaint physiotherapy clinic in False Creek. It's a small office run by 2 sports physiotherapists. Both of these professionals come highly recommended and are quite accomplished in their field.

They have both been in involved with the Olympics in Salt Lake City, Beijing and the 2010 Vancouver venue.
