This place is a joke. It's under new management. They make you wait 30 minutes even with an appointment. And charge you $3 extra for using 2 different colours of nail polishes. They also don't say thank you when you tip, probably because they are too busy screaming and yelling at each other. I'll never go back.

Friendly, efficient, caring staff. I experienced a very through, detailed, gentle and professional pedicure. The ambiance is a
bit drab and outdated but I wouldn't hesitate to return I would highly recommend anyone to come to flexinails new west for a $25 pedicure.
