This gym has been going for 30 years, and I can see why. In addition to standard machines and free weights, this place has RIPPED! classes, which are the same ones you see at the Talisman Centre. This series range from mainly cardio, through compound exercises with weights, to mainly heavy weight reps. This is a place where most people are there to work out, not to preen.
