Bad Customer Service
Fitness Focus in the past was good for putting my account on hold when I went away to Toronto for school. Recently my account was supposed to be put on hold and they kept charging me. When I called, they would not reimburse me for the 2 payments they charged me for and told me I was unintelligent. Good customer service is hard to find now days. I will not be coming back.
