My family will NOT go back!

I took my daughter there in December of 2010. Her hair was, quite literally, butchered. We tried to get another hairdresser, on the same night - same location, to repair her hair. She could do nothing with it. We are STILL waiting for my daughter's hair to grow out enough to get a repair done. For a 12 year old girl...this is very upsetting! I will no longer go to that specific location...or any other in the chain. Oh, and the only reason they got even ONE star out of me is because this site doesn't allow the review without one.
