Tile flooring and tub surround in bathroom.
December 30, 2011Very unprofessional company. It started when I put a deposit down to start the project. I was told it would take two weeks for my tile to arrive and at that time I would be called to set up an installation date. Whole house flooring & built a pony wall
March 25, 2011A bowed pony wall that we overpayed for, imperfect work on pricey hardwood flooring (expecially on the stairs). Having to constantly phone the store to see if anyone is coming. They hire sub-contractors and do not relay important information so I would ask a sub-contractor a question about something and he would say "that is not my job to to that" so then I would have to phone or go down to the... more

Laminate flooring thru living room, up 5 stairs and down the hallway
February 09, 2011We went with this company because the owner seemed to be honest. Upon 2 weeks after the instalation, 2 stair nosings had completely fallen off and one of the step backings completely detached. It has now been 5 months and they have still not come to repair it and we are constantly playing telephone tag, and they originally claimed we damaged the stairs without even coming to see it.
