Extremely slow service. Peole don't understand your needs and they start on doing work on your shipment,which results in going back and trying. Wated half an hour and wanted to just get my docs and go out. Plus there was a charge for evelope which i returned but didnt get my money back because she "sealed it and it will be damaged". Who puts a return envelope with sealed? I want return sender... more
