I have had most of my glasses at this optician since the last 15-20 years...they have adressed my every concern as quickly as they are able. The word "no" does not seem to be in their vocabulary. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is casual.
There is a reason Mike and his colleagues are in that location so long, they understand the value of repeat customers and treat them accordingly.

I had a similar experience to chiwawa at this Farhat. They charge wayyy over for the same thing I can get elsewhere -- and once, on my drive over, I called to let them know I was on my way, and the guy tells me that he had to leave and close early to pick up his kid -- I can respect that, but jeez, plan to have someone at the store during your published business hours!!! I will no longer be... plus
