They treat clients like s@!t!

They treat the clients like s@!t! They claim they work from 9:00 to 4:00. However, if you go to them at 9:30 you find someone who doesn't know how to do the job and ask you to wait until the manager comes or to return back. When you return back, they refer you to someone in her office, then this someone asks you to wait for just TWO minutes. Then she doesn't get back to you for like 30 mins. then you discover that they should close in 10 mins. Above all of that, they never apologize for it. They just let you leave....I forgot to mention that while you are waiting, Chinese clients will arrive, get serviced, and leave......Weird!
