Disappointing client service
We used Execunannies to place a live-in nanny. Service was scattered and inconsistent as there were 5 points of contact instead of one main contact dealing with us. We completed a profile of what we were looking for in a nanny but continued to be sent candidates who were the complete opposite. Once we selected a candidate and made an offer, service completely plummeted and communication ceased. Seemed like it was all about the money to this company.
We also used Diamond Personnel and would highly recommend them based on their personal, tailored service. High caliber candidates that matched our needs perfectly. More money, but totally worth it!
