Terrible customer service & botched installation
Eurocraft Marble installed granite counters in my kitchen which collapsed and cracked after 18 months. Repeated attempts to resolve the problem were futile. On August 7, 2009 I won a Small Claims trial (Victoria Court Registry # 08-1001) in which they were found negligent. The judge ordered Eurocraft to pay me in full for the cost of the replacement granite I had installed by another company. Mr. Jeff Gibson did not comply with the court order (August 31, 2009 payment deadline) and further legal action is now required. All of the above is in public records and can be confirmed by quoting the court registry number. Steve

Kitchen renovation
September 18, 2009Under no circumstance should you consider using Eurocraft Marble to install granite or marble counter tops. They installed new granite counter tops in our kitchen without providing adequate structural support. They also damaged existing support bars. The counter cracked and collapsed in 18 months.
