Amazing!
Today I had the most amazing experience, finding my wedding dress at ethos bridal shop on 17th ave Calgary! Thank ladies for being so amazing and finding me the perfect dress. Even tho it almost made the whole store cry! Thank you thank you thank you! As well as, you bet you will get your photos of me in my dress on my Harley on my big day! I could not be happier!! Thank you ladies again! :). The reaction Jackie had when she walked around the corner and seen me in this dress was price less! That was enough to say it ALL! I can't wait to see all you ladies in a few months.:)

p.s. All I have to you ladies that have unpleasant things to say about your experience at this bridal shop is... More then likely the only thing unpleasant about your dress shopping experience was YOU and YOUR bad attitudes!' and by far not the ladies in this shop! I highly recommend this store to and bride to be!
Great service
Was here with my fiancee for her prom nite dress and must say they have a very good collection and the staff were patient enough to guide her and the time they took to alter the dress was amazing. Will be back for our wedding dresses.

I went shopping here for my wedding dress on a Thursday afternoon. It wasn't too busy which was nice and I was assisted by a very nice lady who it turns out also sold my sister-in-law her wedding dress 8 years earlier. We were in the store for god knows how long and this woman had no problem running around getting me different dresses and helping me into them. I still had more appointments to... more

Won't be buying from Ethos...
March 25, 2011I booked at appointment for 5pm & went to try on dresses, at 545 they told me I had to leave because they had a staff meeting...ok but they were supposed to close at 6pm. I booked another appointment for the weekend & my appointment was apperently cancelled so when we showed up they told me that my appointment was cancelled but figured out a way for them to be able to accomodate me. In terms of customer service, I would give Ethos no stars, perhaps even -10. Back when I was newly engaged, I was also fairly new to Calgary and Ethos was the only bridal shop I knew of, living a few blocks away. It seemed perfect. It wasn't.
I made an appointment and when the day arrived, my mom and I grabbed lattes and excitedly headed over. The 'consultant' I got was less than enthusiastic;...
