Terrible customer service
December 19, 2010We had a problem with the installation of our bed (after we had already paid in full). Scheduling a service person was a problem (which was finally resolved after two weeks). Their sales staff did not check in with us to see if the problem was resolved...we e-mailed the manager TWICE with no reply!

purchased bedroom furniture, chair and a bench

My husband and I were looking for a new bedroom set and Brenda came to our home to measure and provide advice. We were at teh store on many occassions just to review before our purchase and each and every time, we felt welcomed! We also asked for advise and spent a lot of time with Brenda, and in the end, did not purchase anything...but always felt welcomed and never felt pressure to purchase.
