I had booked a rental for my parents online for pick up at this location. I had booked an intermediate size car for a certain rate and thank god I took a picture of the booking because when we arrived to pick it up they couldn't find it in the system. I was already annoyed because I was super hangry and I didn't have the patience to deal with this discrepancy.

Fast efficient service, and they usually give me a choice of what kind of car I want as long as they have the availability which is great.
