Incredible experience. The staff went above and beyond our expectations I had booked the wrong pick up location and they took over my reservation and happily paid for our cab from the hotel. We jokingly asked for a convertible and they made it happen. We are on route to Victoria to enjoy the water and move our daughter into University, in this car we are going to be the "cool cats". Promised size car not available, gave us a smaller car and promised discount. Discount wasn't credited as promised, had to call again. They finally applied credit but it was less than amount promised. Only good news was the car didn't breakdown like next Enterprise car we rented!

These guys are great. Hands down they have no competition anywhere at any price... And their prices are the best!
They make renting a car so easy I don't see any reason to own a car if you don't need one everyday. The rental agents are excellent people geared to work in the best interest of their customers... At least me for sure. I can't imagine them not treating everyone as well as they treat... more
