Choice is the name of the game. Selection is one reason customers are beating a path to the doors of End Of The Roll. Although they describe their stores as warehouses -- floor covering superstore is a more accurate description.

TWICE I've now tried to use this company, years apart and received the same poor service. Both times I got as far as picking the carpet out in the store and getting a quote.Their next step is for an in home measuring/estimate. They never followed up, even after leaving three messages! I guess they don't really need the business???I have to give 1 star because it won't allow me to give 0 stars!
