a great place
I feel like at home when staying at this hotel. it has the Internet. the bedroom is wonderful and really comfortable. the staff always try their best to help such a foreign traveler like me. the food is also great and suited with my request.

Very clean, but tired staff and tired furniture
November 19, 2014Ideal for a clean, comfortable bed at just over $100. Expect furniture from the 1970s, clean, in good shape, but tired. Staff at front desk reminded me of France in their lack of desire to do anything to help you.

November 19, 2014We were in Ottawa for a wedding that was VERY CLOSE to the Embassy. The suite was perfect for us with being able to entertain family on a number of occasions. The hotel staff found extra cookware for us which was very helpful. The underground parking was awesome!
