Never ever ever make the mistake of renting here

The landlady is a total b@!%h, she does not care about helping you ever. I had a roof leak and she didn't get it fixed for 3 months! One time the fire exit was blocked because a key got stuck in the lock, but there is no emergency number to get hold of the managers so we had to wait til the next morning to get it fixed. We had a mouse in our apartment and all the help we got was a glue trap. They didn't even fix the hole where it came from.
The laundry in the building is card-run. You can only fill it up with $10 or $20 at a time. And if the card decides not to work, then the landlord wants you to pay $70 for a new one, or you have to wait 2-3 weeks while a new one is mailed.
And the elevator always smells like stale booze, weed, wet dog, or vomit.
And the so called "hot tub" has way to many chemicals in it so your eyes almost always water within 5 minutes of being in it. And the temperature is either luke warm or blisteringly hot, never a normal temperature.
Trust me, the space and the patio isnt worth it!!!
