Charming. He could sell ice to an Eskimo. And he sold us. But then the problems began. His promise was that the renovation would be completed in 6 weeks. The contract reads "2 months maximum". We are now beginning our 13th week. The good news: the plumbing is finished. The bad news: the electrical work is not finished, the grouting is not finished, the painting is not finished, and the carpentry is not finished. A multitude of broken promises. And on the whole, a rather inept group. Want an example? The electrician they use either doesn't read English, or doesn't read instructions, or both. He started hanging a ceiling light fixture, then we were called & told it couldn't be completed because there was a part missing. When we came over & looked at the instructions, we saw that he had hung the fixture UPSIDE DOWN. There was no part missing! If they're not finished by next week, I'll write again with more examples. In the meantime, based on our experience so far, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Leave no customer unsatisfied, that is our objective. The biggest compliment our customers can give is the referal to their own customers, friends and relatives.
