More or less incompetent sales guys
Went there quick to check the store out. So I asked them some questions about charging/discharging batteries. Got a total incompetent answer. Would not recommend the store to get some technical advise.
The guy behind the counter was so rude. He insisted that everybody is an idiot, because I didn't buy the battery charger at his store. Total waste of time. And those guys didn't understand the concept of how to treat the customer. Boys go home and do your homework first. (and get an electrical engineer degree first).
Horrible customer service
What do you mean our website has had this listed as such for 4 years? That's not right, it's this. No really. It's this.
Stay away.
No return policy
Used to spend a lot of money here. I thought they were an alternative. NOT! Be very careful what you buy here it may be damaged goods and if you try to return it you are s___ out of luck. Rude service like "Didn't you read the fine prinr honey?!" Please take my advice and shop elsewhere.
