bad service!!

I went in there not too long ago and I had a bad time thats for sure! I will never go back. I dont reccomend this horrible place to anyone. When I went in the girl was rude to me, I brushed it off thinking maybe she was having a bad day, so the day of my appointment she literally calls me to cancel my appointment 30 minutes before! to say "she wasnt feeling good, but if I wanted I could get a haircut from the new girl" After I aggreed, she later called back and told me that the new girl accually wasn't any good and to wait til the next day to have her... right, like Im ever going there again! Just recently aswell my boyfriend went in there to get a quick haircut because its close and he didnt know about what happened to me. So going in he asked if he could get a quick cut and they made him feel very unwelcomed and the reception asked the only guy on to cut his hair since he wasnt doing anything, and walked out looked at him and said "um no, I have a appointment right away" he was very unhappy with the way they treated him there and after hearing my story hes upset he even went there.
