El Tucan is a sit-down, Salvadorian restaurant located in Vanier. Their menu changed not too long ago, and they now offer Tex-Mex, Salvadorian and "Canadian" food. They offer a full bar and lots of non-alcoholic drink options. The menu is diverse enough that it can accommodate vegetarians.
