Great service great experience
Last week i had an energy advisor come by named Alex G. He was filled with knowledge and just such a pleasure. Hegave me all my options in saving some wated energy costs i think everyone could agree on. He examined my equipment, gave me the numbers and i trusted him. He had my units replaced with NO CASH UPFRONT and rebates from the government. The prices are great, the warranty is even better and im very happy i went with them . Plus all my payments go through the enbridge bill basically with all im saving!!!
Water Heater Rental
I was sitting at home after work when an agent from EcoSmart Energy came to my door. At first I was a little bit leery and was wondering what he was doing at my door at 8 o'clock at night. I told him I was not interested and asked him to leave but he convinced me to let him show me what he had to offer. He ended up switching my 6 year old hot water tank. He told me it wouldn't cost me anything because I have an old tank. So i agreed and let him take down my information and ended up booking the installation. In a couple of days the tank arrived and was installed with no problems. They kept their word and didn't charge me any installation fees and they also gave me 3 months for free. Their service was great. Its completely different from those other door to door company who comes to your house and ends up screwing you over. I was definitely pleased with this company. Its been 4 months and the Tank is running very well and we've had no problems at all. If anyone is looking to switch their tank this is definitely the company to go with.
