Stay away!!!!!
I wish I had read these reviews because I would never have gone to this place. Unlike the others I went for an emissions test. I have no idea how the Government allowed this place to be in their Drive Clean program. Without going into all the details, let me just say that they do not show you the report but instead will tell you that your gas cap is faulty, or your cat is not functioning properly or some other component isn't working. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I went for an oil change and they said they inspected my other fluids and discovered I needed a $70 coolant flush (nope - it was done last year and is good for another 17,000km) and a $50 power steering fluid flush because the fluid was "thin" and would lead to parts slipping and wearing out, creating a $1,500-$2,000 repair. According to my owner's manual, my power steering fluid never needs to be changed, only topped up if it gets low. So, they tried to sucker me into $120 of unnecessary maintenance. A typical FUD scam.
Bad Experince on two occasions
I went to this location on few occasions since they opened. In late 2011 I went to get my oil changed and they forgot to put back in my oil dipstick. It was when I went to my regular garage it was noticed. I contacted Economy Lube and they went and checked and said "Yep, we have it right here" I went there and they returned the dipstick however the guy told me that they have tons of dipsticks as they forget to put them back in the cars all the time. I decided I would not be returning there. However I found myself in a time crunch on the Easter long weekend 2012. I was passing by Easter Monday and they were open with no cars in queue to be worked on. Against my better judgement I stopped in there for a quick oil change. I was charged $48.99 as they told me I was a premium oil change. Never have I ever been told my oil change was premium from others who have changed my oil. I was also not advised prior that I was being charged more than the advertised price. The only thing they had correct is that my car is in excellent condition. I plan on keeping it that way that is why time crunch or not I will NEVER EVER return to this place. Additionally I just checked....they did not put back my dipstick AGAIN. I guess I will make one more trip there to get back my dipstick. Hopefully they will be able to find it in the many that they do not returned to the customers car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. A cheap??? and quick oil change may cost you a lot more than you bargained for.
