Improperly Balanced Tires

On Nov 15th Eco Tire removed my all season tires from my Mazda pickup truck. They mounted, balanced and installed new valve stems on my winter tires. The techician informed me that it seemed a wheel bearing was going in my front passenger side wheel, and advised me to consult my mechanic.
I proceeded upon his advice, to bring my truck into Harris Mazda on Nov 24th, to have the issue checked out, as my vehicle has a full extended warranty and a wheel bearing issue would have been covered.
Harris Mazda discovered that the 4 tires all had been improperly balanced, and corrected the issue for me at the cost of $130.
Today, on November 28th, 2011, I contacted the technician at Eco Tire, and told him of the service I had received, and that I had taken my vehicle to mazda and what they had discovered and fixed. The Tecnicican, who refused to give me his name, became hostile and told me that its impossible, and that Harris Mazda must be lying, and asked me what I expected him to do about it. I politely informed him that I felt a refund of the cost at least of the balancing would be acceptable, and he proceeded to become angry, told me this was impossible, and hung up on.
I have now filed a BBB complaint, and await resolution.
I strongly advise that anyone needing tire work done, avoid Eco Tire, not only because their service is sub-par, but because their employees are very hostile and rude, even when a customer is polite, friendly, and cheery on the phone.
