I had a few days off and decided to make an appt to get a pedi done.  They pulled up my profile, checked my phone number and confirmed it for the Saturday afternoon.  I arrived to find they had no record, all they said was 'we have checked & you have no appts with us".  No apology for wasting my Saturday morning waiting and no assistance to make another appt.  The poorest service I ever... more

Those sinks can be just as unhygienic as those jacuzzi foot spas. They are not disinfecting the drains after each use. The level that they are built at is non adjustable, so it's kinda difficult for certain clients to get comfy, as well as not very comfy for the pedicurist. At the rate they pay their staff, you can see why your pedicures are so inexpensive compared to spas with better... more

I have been a client of this spa for several years, most regularly for bikini waxes. LOVE the atmosphere within the spa, but I really don't dig going into a mall, even though it's usually just for maintenance of my lady parts...but I digress... I am always greeted quickly and politely, offered tea or water, then escorted to the waiting area/nail room. What a gorgeous place to get a pedicure.... more
