New Gas Fireplace
May 28, 2011STAY AWAY! They came to our place to measure our space and ultimately recommended a specific model of gas fireplace. We made a deposit but found out after that the model did not fit. When we asked for our money back, they claimed that a 50% restocking fee applied even though nothing was delivered and not fee was mentioned on the invoice.

February 23, 2010I do not recommend this fireplace shop. They sell good products but from the time you choose your fireplace to the time it is fully installed takes several months. The store's masonry person went completely absent, never returned any calls, yet the store manager kept making excuses for him.
