I've always had terrific service from Gordon. He's very knowledgable and helpful when I bring in my scooter for service. He'll go out of his way to make sure I get a fair deal and always offers (good working condition) used parts if they are available instead of upselling to new ones. This kind of integrity in mechanic/repair service is greatly appreciated.

A friend and I walked in here planning to check out an electric bicycle that I'd seen on their website. Was completely ignored for several minutes as they were busy on the floor with a few other customers. I can be patient, but a quick "Hey there, I'll be with you in just a few minutes" would have been a nice way of acknowledging my existence.
