I called Dunn Heating to get an old AC disconnected and removed from my property. (Very) Un-friendly staff, obviously not focused on client's experience.

Beside, the technician gave me a quote 33% higher than the initial one, and finally, after looking into the unit in "depth", ended up refusing to do the service, making me understand he would make more money working on a heating systems... more
