In any business the Best Service is always obtained when the Customer is CLEAR, right from the start, what they want. If it is not important when the order is placed - do not start complaining about it after the work is done . It looks likes a NASTY customer trying to to get a discount
We got some cushions upholstered here. They came back to us with the wrong side of the fabric showing. This wasnt the issue at hand, it was the way we were treated. We got told it was our fault for not specifying the correct side (which we did when we first met) and that we would be charged a fee for them to correct their mistake. We never got an apology which is all i was looking for. Have they never heard of the saying "the customer is always right?" I think they need to learn a thing or two on good customer service. I will never go back and do not recommend them to anyone.
