Beyond horrible

Worst service in my life, bought bed 4 months ago for our daughter, they broke it duringndelivery, advised another 2 months to get fixed, then that one Is also broken, as well as 3rd and now 4th delivery as well. No customer service, huge hassle to get our money back and they wanted to charge us to pick the bed up as well. 1100 dollars 4 months later and no bed for our daughter. Beware of this company, it was once great when it was ran by the actual dufresne family, but they don't run it anymore and service is beyond horrible, Careful because I believe Ashley furniture is the same owners as well. Very disappointing as I use to buy everything from this once great company, but now never again.
