The staff friendliness was impeccable, couldn't ask for a better team of people looking after me during my visit. Location food and atmosphere was fabulous, I found it to very private and no one bothered me while having down time. till next time!!!

The location is great and Magnum & Steins restaurant/lounge is worth checking out. The survey asked to rate the hotel staff but you don't actually interact with them (or see them) so I left it as average.
