Delicious!

Mmm yummy, tasty, delicious....everything you can say about the best quality pastry and sandwiches. I absolutely adore the almond croissants and their fruit tarts. Every morning I can not start without grabbing one of these and my latte of course! Thank you, boys!

Tastiest pastry in the city!

Very tasty croissants and extremely well prepared coffee. I don't know exactly what they do there at Duc de Lorraine but their pastry keeps getting better, along with service. Guys greet me every time I come like if I am the first time visitor. Also love the cote-des-neiges cheese cake.

Great coffee and nice vibe!

Prices for coffees might be a bit steep... $4 for a black coffee but it's totally worth it! One the best tastes in town! Amazing selection of pastries and the room has a fun bustling cafe vibe most times. The salads are a highlight and it's a great place to grab a table and have lunch (there is table service) or grab something to go

resto fabuleux

This is my favorite cafe in Montreal. After enjoying their delicious array of pastries on previous visits to Montreal, I decided to order a main course on my current visit, and was not disappointed. The menu is evocative of a French cafe with a Canadian specialty or two added in as well. The atmosphere is cozy, and the bilingual staff are friendly and readily available. It's not only a short... more

I've been to Duc de Lorraine a few times this last few months. I love the location, the fact that there's plenty of space to sit outside and that a small green space separates the cafe from the traffic of Cote-des-Neiges st. With friends and family, we've tried the coffee, pastries, burgers! and breakfast items. The food style is somehow reminiscent of American eateries. I find it sad to... more
