What a dive! Website claims renovated rooms and satisfaction guaranteed. We went into the room and found the skin of a bug (bedbug??) on the pillow and got creeped out. The tub surround was falling apart with gaping holes. Renovated? I suppose, maybe 20 - 30+ years ago. We couldn't even drive up to the room because of all the snow and my husband had to clear the walkway and steps for his disabled mom. Worst of it is that they billed us for 3 nights in advance and refused to refund our money -- they did not pre-authorize like other hotels. We wanted a kitchenette suite and a place that takes pets. We ended up with decent hotels (Super 8 and Days Inn) but neither have kitchenette suites. Not that this motel was properly outfitted in the kitchen - not enough amenities in the room to prepare a meal and it just looked scary. I did see another review similar to mine and thought it was some ranting prejudiced lunatic, but he was bang on. I suspect the good reviews were staged. Take my advice and find somewhere else to stay. BTW, we did do the public a favour and called to have the place inspected for bugs.

The owners are friendly and will do anything to make sure ur... more
Older motel that is 'renovated' meaning they put up new siding. I was afraid to leave my car in the lot.
Room was dated, musty smelling but clean, ac froze, that was no issue as the extension cord was overheating anyways.
