Theft

When I visited Dove Spa years ago the services were amazing and customer service was just exceptional. My recent visit however, was nothing short but infuriating. MONEY WAS STOLEN FROM ME BY DOVE SPA'S VERY OWN employees while I went to fetch my jacket. Unfortunately, for my sake I did not realize this until I got home. I called the spa and spoke to the receptionist in whom I can only assume STOLE my money considering she was the only person in the room with my belongings and of course, she denied seeing money of any sort. I made another phone call to speak to the owner the day of as well as emailed her. 5 DAYS LATER (3 BUSINESS DAYS), I still did not get a reply by phone nor email so I gave her a call AGAIN. Now, from doing my research Dove Spa is no longer "Dove Spa". In other words, it is NO LONGER PART OF THE "DOVE SPA" CHAIN. From what I've been told it is independently owned so there is NO HEAD OFFICE that I can take my complaint to besides the "owner". The OWNERSHIP CHANGES occurred a couple months ago and despite it still being referred to as "Dove Spa" it is CALLED "D SPA" named after THE OWNER, DAWN. I cannot help but say now that D Spa is INDEPENDENTLY OWNED it's customer service has failed due to the business' IMMORAL CORRUPTED MANAGEMENT. It is nothing but a DISASTER SPA. The owner of D SPA, DAWN, was unprofessional. Not only did she allow me to believe that she was inexperienced but she also allowed me to believe that NO INVESTIGATION was needed and that it is simply ok for her spa to TAKE FROM ITS CUSTOMERS. SHE DID NOT PROVIDE ANY SORT OF A SOLUTION to my issue of theft. D Spa is simply, a spa with a POOR INADEQUATE MANAGEMENT. So watch out, because that same woman who stole from me could be the same woman asking you if you'd like a cup of tea.
