On the surface it sounds like a great deal, VoIP and Internet with unlimited downloads, however if you happen to run into a problem, good luck getting support. It worked for a week then sporadic connection until it finally died. Took a few days to finally reach tech support, troubleshooting didn't solve the problem so they were going to call me back with another workaround. They never called... more
