I totally understand the frustration in the previous reviews in regards to this place being marked as an "airport location." This is quite a distance from the airport (we're talking about a 15-20 minute drive), and there's no way this should be an option when there's plenty of other rental companies at the terminal.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have had in all of my travels.
My husband and I travel quite frequently, and also rent cars frequently, so we're used to the odd snag. The way the snag gets handled is the key. This place was TERRIBLE.

For a car rental location that bills itself as at the airport it's quite a distance from the actual airport. With weird charges and customer service that doesn't really serve. Granted this was a very busy weekend in Ottawa with the LPGA in town.
