I bought a used car from direct Mazda about two months ago and there was a few things to be repaired before I picked up the car. When I picked up the car I was told that a few minor things didn't get done but come back when I had the time and they'd fix it right away. I've been back once and still not fixed now they won't even get back to me when I try to contact them. Also the car was advertised with DVD system and I assumed that would mean one that worked but when I checked on the drive home and it didn't they claim I must have broken it and it worked fine when it left the dealership even though you can clearly see the outline of a kids foot in the screen once you turn it on. The sales man told me everything worked but I didn't check myself till I got home and that's my fault the dealer states cause I should have checked it over before leaving there lot. When I asked about th thirty day warranty I was told the car had when we were working out the sale they claimed they never said that even though I had my father there and he also heard the sales man state there was a thirty warranty. So my experience with direct Mazda has not been good at all so please beware
