Very pleasantly surprised
December 08, 2009I was a little cautious to deal with Direct Energy. But the sales rep was very informative and saved me several hundred dollars over a competitors quote. I would have paid for things I didn't need. Not to mention the energy savings I'll get with the new more efficient furnace and air conditioning unit.
