Une excellente place
Une excellente place où on trouve un service extrêmement poli et professionnel. J'ai été éduqué sur les différents traitements offerts, et tout été fait avec une main expérimenté et douce. J'adore les filles qui travaillent chez Diamond, vraiment bien choisies pour la job!Excellent endroit de détente et de detox - je conseille d'essayer à tout prix!

Best of all the spas...
Best of all the spas in West island. Love the location, but not only that, they actually know what they are doing. I've been to a few places, and it's like because I am a guy, they didn't know what to do with me. At spa Diamond, I really got the best possible service, professional, caring, with experience.
Had the best facial
The facial was top notch. It was really gentle. I have sensitive skin that can sometimes be irritated, but my facialist really listened and used great products that were not irritating. During the setting time for the masque, there was even more massage. At the end, she slowly sat me up and there was even more massage. Great work!
Great experience!
I came here for the first time for a facial with one of their estheticians was amazing. She was incredibly nice and professional. I felt so relaxed I probably nodded off a few times (during which I think she may have left me on my own for a bit, actually). All in all is great! Thanks!

I have to downgrade. The appointments are less than progressional, I don't have to listen another sales pitch and frankly no one seems happy to be there. I bought a package of services and when I had to cancel and change then asked what I had left in the package they had no clue at all. Told me to bring in my receipt and they could backtrack it? I'm sorry. They should be able to do that through... plus

She should go to Jail for what she has done. Scammed people , 800$ I paid for a package and never got a treatment...

Where to begin.
Having purchased a one year, unlimited laser treatment, I wasn't expecting an outstanding service to begin with. I mean, you get what you pay for right? And by that, I was right, SO right that I regret even paying for it in the first place, and not taking the time to shop properly.
