There's not much in the way of ambience, but Dentry's is a decent enough neighbourhood restaurant/pub, and one of the only places on 10th Ave to just get a drink without food.

Went with a friend, At the time there may have been a dozen patrons present. My friend's burger was dry and plain unlike it was described on the menu. The yam fries were tasteless. The waiter totally forgot my order, then claimed I hadn't ordered anything. He sent someone to tell me that they were all out of the soup... more
Stopped here for a meal with my daughter. Had the fish and chips. She did too. Was brutal. Tasted like it had been reheated from previous day. Tough, dry and not appetizing. had a Kilkenny. That was good.
