No Coffee in Room, No Microwave, and No Breakfast

Super disappointed. There was no coffee maker in the room. We had to get dressed, go down 7 floors and BUY coffee at Starbucks. There was no complimetory coffee anywhere! I have never stayed at any hotel where there was no free coffee - especially for the amount of money we paid for this hotel! Hotel has all the amenities. Quiet. Clean. Friendly joyful staff. Nice walkway from the Hotel along the St. John river all the way to downtown Fredericton.
