Racist, rude, liars. Con-men . Watch for kamal

My name is Sergio Fernandes, 36 years old, I am an Ex-Employee at Decor home. I was hired to promote their product in April 2010 in Richmond. Later I was recruited for sale position due to a vacant spot. On training day, Bob gave us strict guidelines to IGNORE and AVOID all East Indian customers especially the ones wearing turbans, as they are just browsers. We were told to only associate with white people and Chinese. It came to me as a blow as to how odd motivated these people are at heart. After 2 weeks of training I was sent to Surrey to work with a guy called Kamal to learn the ropes. The first impression of the company and this guy Kamal I got was very disturbing. They kept making fun of East Indians all day about how bad they smelled and the minute they saw a caucasian walk in, they ran to them. As a person of Mexican heritage, I was extremely shocked how Kamal approached every non-white customer with such dis-respect. One incident he flirted all day with a girl just to get her number, he then turns around and tells he how he is going out with a caucasian chick and she supports all his expenses. Kamal scams people in buying furniture which we never have any stock. I tried to tell a customer once that we don't carry this floor model anymore and immediately Kamal comes upto me pushes me in the corner and tell me to shut up and go behind the desk. Later he sold a piece of one-seater sofa to the same customer from a catalouge for $800 which I was told to take it out a broken sofa (same as the catalouge, old and completely damaged, marked $125) from clearence section and glue the legs back together and give it to the delivery guys. They glue pcs back together and put it in a box and gives those pcs to the customers. That is why they keep trying to sell warrenty to customer so they can earn extra money on top of their sales. Sandy seemed okay guy to me at first, although he is just as bad as Bob deep down. This company is severely racist in choosing clients. After two months of employment I quit on my own. They never paid me for two weeks salary, which I thought was the cost of me getting out of this bad social circle. Bob asked me to repeatedly lie to customer and kept mentioning how Kamal is the star salesperson of the company. I feel really emotionally stained after working for these people. Their intentions are only to hurt and cheat people. Take it from me, I have seen, heard and experienced the worst in any job I ever held ( I worked in Casinos before) in my work career, by far nothing even comes close to working for these kinda racist people. These people take pride in putting other people's businesses down like the guy down the street (has similar name like home decor or something, can't remember) and Shalimar furniture. They love to curse in their language and has these weird eye signals when they want to change prices on the spot to quote higher prices to unsuspecting customers. Beware of KAMAL and his salesmanship!!!!!!!!!!!
