NOt a good first impression
August 15, 2014Booked online. The price was the best of our whole trip. Soon found out why. Service was curt. It is the kind of hotel with outside access. Not my favorite. First floor room. Good thing about that was there was no elevator. Opened the door and almost fell backwards. The smell was awful. Seemed like they hadn't opened that door... more

Comfortable firm beds. Very clean. Everything worked as advertised. Best in Lethbridge by far.
Did not have a chance to try the pool so I cannot speak to that. But our cousins did and spoke very highly of it.
We transferred from the dingy super 8 (who also owns econolodge), avoid both.

Terrible Hotel, Terrible Service
August 15, 2014We made a reservation thru the Wyndham rewards website, for 3 nights, Non-Smoking room, 2 Adults and our cat. All was good till we arrived at the hotel...only to find a young clerk with an "attitude".
