We reserved 2 rooms with 2 double beds. On arrival discovered we had one queen per room. Front desk manager was rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. Requested a cot as people in room were not a couple, Advised no cots were available! Card programmer was " broken" so all guests on the second floor had to be escorted and let into their room by hotel staff!!( ie no functional room keys). Parking lot as... more

This hotel was perfect for what we needed, we stayed at it one night for a concert. It was within walking distance to the concert theatre and bars. The room was very clean and hotel staff were friendly.
