Horrible experience

In a nutshell - had snows changed to summers in April. Wasn't charged as they screwed up and I missed a meeting at work as they made me late. Paid for tire storage (apparently not entered in system). Went to switch back to snows - missing. Stolen? Resold? He had to replace them, but argued the entire time claiming I was lying even though my bank statement clearly showed payment for the cost of storage. When finally put on - car scratched. He then proceeded to call me an 'f## b##' and to get the f## out of his shop. I've been shaking and in tears. All this to have my tires changed over.
