Unfortunately people don't always understand what they are buying.

I am happy to respond to a customer that made it obvious that they did not understand what they were buying. This Customer in particular was trying to run a Nvidia GeForce 8600GT, the power supply she bought was a CoolerMaster Extreme Power 550 watt power supply. If you have any computer knowledge at all you understand that this is far more than enough power to operate a system running that video card. The fact is it is a dual rail power supply with each rail having 16 Volts, she had asked for a 24 Amp Power Supply, not understanding how a dual rail power supply worked, she did not understand that over 2 rails it was a 32 Amp Power supply. Trying to explain things to a misinformed customer can be very frustrating, especially when they refuse to treat the business owner with respect. It also came back smelling of cigarette smoke, showing us that it was obviously running, with residue left on the fan. I am convinced she ordered the same power supply off a web retailer that is able to sell things at basically our cost shipping. We are located in a small town and have to pay shipping costs and support all products, we sell, this comes at a cost. We are unable to by CoolerMaster products at a discounted price, but due to popular demand we choose to carry them as a convenience for customers that would rather have the product immediately instead of going through the hassle of ordering online, and waiting for shipment.

Extremely rude and unprofessional and expensive

Bought a power supply on their recommendation that it would power my gaming system. It didn't have enough power to even boot my machine. After researching the subject and learning the power supply wasn't even close to what I needed I took it back for a refund. I was given a refund but was subjected to verbal abuse by one employee and the owner. The product they sold me was $96 and change before taxes, exact same product is sold by HL Technology for $59.99. www.hltechnology.com/one_prod.php?pid...
