Not a good workout
This place is funny, it's set up like a fitness regime, not something that is customized to each person's physique. Not for me.
Near Kingsway mall
This is the other Curves location that I go to, and I like how all locations are very similar so you don't feel strange like you're going to the wrong place! I really love the Curves program, and think it works well for a lot of women so I would recommend trying Curves if you haven't, or if you're thinking about it, because there's no loss and I think you'll be surprised.
